A resourceful environment artist with a background in design and UI/UX.
• Ideating and generating height and texture maps in Gaea for a variety of climates based on either Level Design layouts or concept art;
• Set dressing using textures, assets (lone, modular and prefab), decals, VFX, lights;
• Developing global lighting setups for specific map types;
• Modelling and texturing in Blender;
• Editing existing materials and shaders;
• Collaborating with colleagues across the full spectrum of development;
• Regularly allocating time for documentation of tools and processes;
Responsible for visuals on CycleQuest, an upcoming UE5 hand-painted point & click puzzle game.
As part of a small Erasmus-funded team, I developed a Ceteris Paribus in Unreal Engine 5, covering multiple aspects of its production: game design, level design, environment art, event scripting, audio design, etc.
